StreetWorks Collaborative

Involving 11 local organizations to better assist homeless youth.
StreetWorks Outreach Collaborative involves eleven local youth-serving programs in street outreach to homeless youth. This collaborative approach allows the member agencies to maximize their street outreach coverage without duplicating services in any one geographic area. Emergency case management and access to essential resources (i.e. mittens, socks, food and emergency shelter), is coordinated through street outreach workers and StreetWorks staff.
